Merry Ambos is President and co-founder of Molecular Solutions. She has worked with the computer, molecular modeling, and pharmaceutical industries for over thirty years. As the original business professional in a technical start-up, Ms. Ambos was responsible for organizing the company as a business unit and managing its financial operations. As the company grew she managed the financial, personnel, sales and administrative aspects of the business. A founding member of the management team, Ms. Ambos was instrumental in setting strategic directions in response to competitive pressures from within the industry. During her tenure as Vice President of Sales, she hired and managed U.S. sales executives, sales support scientists, and sales administration personnel. She was also responsible for managing foreign accounts.
Ms. Ambos is the manager of Molecular Solutions' Placement Services Group. In this role, she has worked with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to successfully direct scientific recruiting and executive placement, address general HR compensation programs, and contribute to a broad variety of industry-based research programs. Ms. Ambos also is the co-founder of Network Science Corporation where she holds the position of President.
