Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup ham, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine the butter, cheese, ham and seasonings and mix well. Gradually add the flour. Shape the dough into a ball. Break off small pieces of dough (the size of marbles) and place on a baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Once baked, the puffs can be frozen in a single layer and placed in plastic freezer bags. Reheat frozen puffs 4 minutes at 400°. Makes 40-60 puffs.
