Ingredients:

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbs honey
2 cups fine bread crumbs
1 cup grated cheddar

Flatten each chicken breasts. For the marinade, put the mustard, wine and honey in a zip lock bag. Add the chicken, seal and marinate for at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 500 °. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Dip marinated chicken breasts in mixture, coating on all sides. Place the chicken in a greased baking pan and cook six minutes, turn over and cook an additional 6 minutes or until done.
