The Review: Yet another cop story in NYC, with Chow-Yun Fat (The Replacement Killers) and Mark Wahlberg (Boogie Nights) as the odd couple, this time working Chinatown vice. OK action sequences. Substantial explicit violence, with a single-twist plot. Uninteresting.
