The Review: Big city cops, big city corruption, the party scene, and drugs, drugs, drugs: not too appealing. After being punished for some opening-scene heroics, Segal is trying to burrow beneath the surface of the force, and gets some unexpected assistance from a very unlikely source. Occasionally convoluted (but curious) plot, and an interesting character crafted by DMX, are the only bright spots in this otherwise dreary movie.
